Many people think they have to buy expensive treatments to keep their hair healthy. But when you touch your hair, it still falls out. Many reasons can cause this problem, including your lifestyle, diet, and any issues you have under the surface.
Rashi Chowdhary, a diabetes educator, offered some tips on how to combat hair loss. You might want to consider taking supplements and making lifestyle changes.
She wrote: “Please keep in mind that any treatment you begin may take anywhere from six months to a year to show improvement on areas where hair loss has already occurred.”
Taking supplements such as zinc, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, and iron can help your body heal from the inside. It would help if you asked your doctor before starting these.
Include herbs and spices that help with inflammation.
Include turmeric, Indian gooseberry, mint, cumin, nutmeg, ginger in your diet. Along with making you healthier and stronger, these things will help improve your immunity. You should also eat three cups of colorful vegetables every day to get a “boost” for fighting inflammation.
Reduce Toxin Exposure
It is essential to avoid products with parabens and phthalates. For example, you should not use plastic containers or melamine. It is also necessary to choose a deodorant that does not have harmful ingredients. Furthermore, it is best to eat white rice instead of brown rice because the arsenic in brown rice can be absorbed through your armpits.

Increase Your Protein Intake
If you want to grow hair, you must eat foods that have protein in them. It would help if you had protein for hair growth and make sure your cells stay healthy. Food with protein includes meat, fish, eggs, soybean products, nuts and seafood. Chowdhary says that if you do not get enough of these things in your diet, “insufficient intake of certain amino acids (protein) especially BCAAs could lead to hair fall.”
If you are stressed, that can cause hair to fall out. So it is essential to practice meditation and mindfulness. Stress-induced hair loss is almost irreversible, so make sure to relax your body regularly.
