Jay Cutler is an IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) professional bodybuilder, and he is one of the best bodybuilders in the world.
He has won the Mr Olympia title four 4 times (2006, 2007, 2009, 2010). Jay Cutler is also known as the second Arnold Schwarzenegger, and many young people admire him and want to build muscles like his, but it will be too harsh for a newbie to do so, so you should consult a trainer before starting.

Jay Cutler’s Diet Plan
This is what he eats in one day when he bulks. He eats every 2-3 hours. It is hard for him to eat so much food every day, but he needs it for his muscles to be big.
Meal 1
The first meal that he takes includes:
- 2 cups of egg whites
- 1 scoop of whey protein
Meal 2
The second meal that he eats is:
- 3 eggs
- 3 packets of grits
- 2 pieces of Ezekiel toast
Meal 3
His third meal is a good balance of carbs, protein, and fibre.
- 12 ounces of steak
- 2 cups of rice
- Mixed vegetables.
Meal 4
Meal four is very much like meal three, but it does not have fish.
- There are 12 ounces of chicken breast
- 4 cups of rice
- Mixed salad with dressing.
Meal 5
For his fifth meal, he switches the source of carbs.
- He has 12 ounces of flank steak
- 10 ounces of potatoes
- Mixed vegetables.
Meal 6
This is his last meal of the day.
- 10 ounces of buffalo meat
- 2 cups of rice.
Jay Cutler has to follow a special diet when he is competing. His diet is called the cutting diet because it helps you get in shape for competitions.
Jay doesn’t have to bulk up anymore, so his cutting diet is what he eats every day too. He’s still a big guy, so this diet has a lot of calories too.
Jay Cutler is not doing professional bodybuilding anymore. He is active on social media as a fitness guide and he sometimes does fan questions there. Jay Cutler also has a clothing line and supplements that are successful.
Mr. Olympia Winners
The prestigious Mr. Olympia contest is considered the top professional bodybuilding competition in the world. Larry Scott took the first Mr. Olympia title in 1965, launching the beginning of a competition that would become the pinnacle for professional bodybuilders to achieve. Over the years, legendary names like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lee Haney, and Ronnie Coleman have held the coveted Sandow trophy and Mr. Olympia title.
Competitors are judged on muscular size, proportional balance, definition, and presentation of their physiques. Many past champions have gone on to become big stars both in and out of the bodybuilding world.
