Well, you can start going to the gym and working out, if you aren’t already doing so. This is because exercising is known to elevate testosterone levels.
Your diet is also essential as there are foods that boost and lower testosterone production.
Finally, you can do what I did and take testosterone boosters.
Before we discuss the Testo boosters, let’s look at the foods you should and shouldn’t eat for testosterone.
Eat These Foods To Boost Testosterone Production:
If you want to boost hormone production, try to include these foods in your meals:
Having too much red meat is bad for you. But beef is an excellent source of nutrients that promote testosterone production. This is especially so for the beef liver which contains Vitamin D and ground beef which contains Zinc.
I recommend picking lean meat to reduce the animal fat you eat.
You get a lot of Zinc from eating shellfish like lobster and crab. The increase in Zinc levels boosts testosterone production in the body.
You can get 43% of your daily value of Zinc from a 3-ounce serving of Alaskan king crab.
3. Egg Yolks
Like with Zinc, Vitamin D also nourishes your body to produce testosterone. In fact, egg yolk contains a lot more nutrients than the egg white.
If you don’t have to deal with any previously known cholesterol problems, I recommend one egg a day.
Tuna is great for boosting T-levels by providing your body with the required Vitamin D. This food has limited calories and is rich in proteins.
Note that you can also eat salmon, sardines and other fish to get the same benefits. Just avoid overeating to limit your mercury intake.
Oysters are another marine food that contains testosterone boosting ingredients. This is a well-known sexual health booster as it contains high concentrations of Zinc.
While Oysters are expensive, I recommend finding some fresh sources for max benefits.

No surprise here. We are all well aware of how drinking alcohol can dull our sexual health. This is due to excessive alcohol consumption producing enzymes that suppress testosterone production.

Soy products from soybeans contain a type of phytoestrogen called isoflavones. These, of course, increase your estrogen levels while lowering testosterone.
A study has shown a visible decline in testosterone levels of men who took soy supplements for 14 days.

While you may enjoy eating some popcorn with your late-night flick, you may be damaging your testosterone production. I found that microwave popcorn bags sometimes contain PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid).
